Top marks for Jiggered

Jiggered Ceilidh Band were delighted to be invited to play at Jillian and Ruwan’s wedding. It was our first visit to Solsgirth House…but hopefully not our last. It’s an absolutely stunning venue with an incredible castle-style building and unquestionably the most impressive marquee we’ve ever seen.If you’re looking to get married in central Scotland it’s well worth a look!

Jillian and Ruwan had asked for two specific requests- they wanted us to learn Christina Perri’s Thousand Years for their first dance and for us to rate their dancing skills in the style of Strictly Come Dancing (they’re big fans)…see the photo of Jenny and Susan for proof!

It was also nice to meet Jill and Ryan- a couple that had popped by to view us. You’ll read the blog of their wedding in 2013!!
