Memorable Wedding At Elphinstone

Jiggered were excited to be playing at Fraser and Rachel’s wedding for a number of reasons:

-it was our first time playing at the impressive Elphinstone Hall at Aberdeen University 
-we were able to issue celebratory high fives to Paul and Carolyn, still going strong 6 months after we played at their wedding
-the opportunity for us to play a waltz written especially for the couple’s big day

Fraser and Rachel were a lovely couple- they looked after us like one of their guests and were an absolute pleasure to play for. We reckon that the gorgeous Rachel had chosen the ideal wedding dress for spinning around during the ceilidh dancing. Fraser thanked us for our “almost-instantaneous” response time to his emails during the planning of the wedding…if you’re looking for a ceilidh band and want to ensure you get one that will reply quickly and accommodate your specific requests give us a shout!
