DEBRA Fundraiser In Glasgow

Glasgow’s Grand Central Hotel is a stunning venue in the heart of the city. We’d be happy to recommend it, especially for a large scale event or wedding. And it was through Grand Central recommending our ceilidh band that we ended up playing at tonight’s DEBRA Tartan and Tiaras Ball. Jaye’s the Regional Fundraising Manager for this worthy charity who help “those whose skin doesn’t work” and she was coordinating this massive event, so booked us up to join a brilliantly varied lineup of entertainment. It was a slick event, well managed and supported by the super-efficient team from Marvelus who were in charge of AV. They did a great job- really smooth and professional.

We played an action-packed one hour set and we had the ideal crowd: willing, lively and appreciative. It was a pleasure to play for this event. Fantastic to have Ewan back from his wedding spree, too!

Clocks go back tonight, Jiggered fans. Savour that extra hour in bed!
