Check Out Ghillie Dhu

Ronald and Cat were getting married. They were looking for a band that would provide the ceilidh music that Scottish lassie Cat loved, the expert instructions that Dutch knakker Ronald knew his friends and family would need and the covers that would have their guests up boogying in between! Up stepped Jiggered. 

The venue? Edinburgh’s Ghillie Dhu. Stunning architecture, central city setting, experienced sound team…it’s a class act. 

At the end of the evening, the couple were delighted with our set…Cat said (and I’m paraphrasing to tone down some of her colourful language!) “That was amazing. I mean I’m Scottish and I’ve danced away to some dances I’ve never even heard of. I love a good ceilidh- thanks.”
