In recent years, Jiggered have played over and over at Crutherland House. Last night we were playing for Tobias and Rosie’s wedding. The couple were really relaxed, enjoying a meal with a few friends and family before the evening entertainment kicked off. Things had over-run a bit so we had to cram as much as we could into our 45 minute set before handing over to the DJ “Papa G” (obviously a trend-setting fashion expert since he was wearing the same jacket as me!). Despite our short set we managed to do the first dance, a couple of covers and Scottish tunes, Gay Gordons, Dashing White Sergeant, Waltz, and Strip the Willow…It was action packed!

We wish Tobias and Rosie all the best for the future!

Next week we’re at another of our favourite venues: The Piping Centre! Definitely looking forward to this one…
